Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
At USA Dog Behavior, LLC, we focus on specialized canine behavior cases that often require clients to join a waiting list for our services. To ensure the best outcomes, we prioritize every scheduled appointment and kindly ask that clients do the same. Together, this mutual commitment allows us to build a successful and impactful working relationship.
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with USA Dog Behavior, LLC at no charge when changes are made at least 72 hours before the appointment time.
Please note that if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 72 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee equal to the full session fee will apply. We appreciate your understanding.
To make our scheduling process as smooth as possible, we kindly ask all clients to keep a current credit card on file for any applicable cancellation or rescheduling fees. We’ll securely collect these details when booking your first session.
